Understanding your
heart health.
Expert insights and practical perspectives from Heart Fit Clinic.

A PROPOSAL FOR DIAMOND FERNANDES
Bring Heart Fit’s articles into the daily reading habits of potential patients—with Microsoft native ads and a focused Google Search campaign, each professionally built, launched and managed for you through the first month.
Expert insights and practical perspectives from Heart Fit Clinic.
01 / THE OPPORTUNITY
Your articles already do the hard work of explaining heart health. Paid distribution gives selected content another route to the people who could benefit from reading it.
Introduce the clinic while people browse stories and explore topics—not only when they search for a provider.
Give readers something worth their attention: helpful content that introduces Heart Fit’s perspective and expertise.
Send readers to your own website, with a clear, relevant path from the article to an enquiry.
Paid, labelled advertising—not MSN editorial endorsement or full-article syndication. Placement controls and availability are checked in the new account before launch.
WHY MICROSOFT NATIVE ADS?
In Microsoft’s research, people shown display and native ads were more likely to search, visit and act than eligible people who were not shown the ads.
Explore the Microsoft study ↗“Brand searches” means looking up a business by its name, rather than a general topic.
A visit to the business’s website, beyond simply seeing an ad in a feed.
A “conversion” is a tracked action, such as an enquiry or purchase. It is not automatically a new patient.
The grey bar is the 1× comparison baseline. Each red bar uses the same scale, up to 6×.
Microsoft internal data, October 2023: averages from completed advertiser lift studies, which may not represent all advertisers. This is broad platform research, not a Heart Fit result, Canadian healthcare benchmark or forecast for these budgets.
02 / MICROSOFT · YOUR COMPLETE SETUP
From a brand-new advertising account to a tested campaign, with management through the first month after launch. We handle setup, monitor performance and make initial improvements; your team supplies business information, billing and content approvals.
Create a dedicated Microsoft Advertising account in Heart Fit’s business details. Configure CAD currency and an appropriate time zone, provide client administrator access, and link Blink for setup, launch and campaign management.
Heart Fit adds its payment method securely. Microsoft charges the clinic directly for advertising; Blink invoices CA$400 once for Microsoft setup, including the first month of management. Continued management from month two is available at CA$350/month for Microsoft and Google together.
Guide business verification, assist with requested documents and submissions, and follow up on routine requests. Heart Fit completes any email or personal identity checks. Microsoft controls approval and review timing.
Agree the campaign goal, success measures, geographic service area and relevant article themes. Research reader interests and search language to inform messaging, then select up to two existing articles. This is an MSN native campaign; a separate Bing Search keyword campaign is outside this scope.
Review the chosen articles for clarity, credibility, medical-claim concerns and advertising suitability. Check mobile reading and enquiry paths. Include minor campaign-related headline, link or call-to-action improvements.
Review existing analytics, configure appropriate Microsoft tracking and conversion measurement where permitted, and add campaign tracking to links. Check consent requirements and test agreed enquiry events without duplicate tracking or transmission of sensitive patient information. Configure the reporting view for spend, clicks, article engagement and measurable enquiries.
Write three initial native ad variations with headlines, descriptions and calls to action. Adapt existing clinic images to the available placements and check the previews against the articles they promote.
Build the Audience campaign, geographic and permitted audience/contextual targeting, available MSN and Edge placement settings, bidding and schedule. Set spending controls, relevant exclusions and available content-suitability settings. Choose bidding suited to the new account’s data and avoid targeting based on an individual’s medical condition. Actual placement availability is confirmed in the account.
Check budgets, ad destinations and measurement. Test the affected mobile and desktop website journey. Submit for Microsoft review, address routine initial feedback, then launch after client approval. Manage the campaign through its first month: monitor spend and placements, check measurement, refine the initial ads and provide a first-month review with recommendations.
Scope stays focused: one campaign, up to two existing articles and three initial ads. New article writing, major website changes, complex CRM integration, paid clinical review and a separate Bing Search campaign are quoted separately.
MICROSOFT / MSN · MONTHLY MEDIA MODEL
Model the full journey from ad displays to article clicks. Change the media budget, average click cost and click-through rate to see how the numbers fit together.
The working calculation CA$300 spend ÷ CA$1.00 CPC ≈ 300 clicks. 300 clicks ÷ 0.35% CTR ≈ 85,714 impressions.
Microsoft / MSN alone · first monthCA$700 = CA$300 media + CA$400 setup, including first-month management.
Full fee breakdown ↓How to read this: budget, CPC and CTR are inputs. Clicks and impressions are calculated estimates, not independent forecasts of available inventory. Full spend, eligible ads and sufficient relevant demand are assumed. Actual results can fall outside every scenario; no conversions, patients or revenue are projected.
Compare monthly budgets below, with low and high click costs side by side. Lower click costs buy more traffic; higher click costs buy less.
Assumed CTR: 0.35% across every row. The comparison always uses the low and high CPC shown below; changing the CPC selector above only changes the five-metric snapshot.
| Monthly budget | Low click cost CA$0.50 per click | High click cost CA$1.50 per click |
|---|---|---|
| CA$300per month | 600 clicks171,429 impressions | 200 clicks57,143 impressions |
| CA$400per month | 800 clicks228,571 impressions | 267 clicks76,190 impressions |
| CA$600per month | 1,200 clicks342,857 impressions | 400 clicks114,286 impressions |
| CA$900per month | 1,800 clicks514,286 impressions | 600 clicks171,429 impressions |
| CA$1,200per month | 2,400 clicks685,714 impressions | 800 clicks228,571 impressions |
The highlighted row is your selected budget. Impressions are ad displays, not unique people. Figures assume the full media budget is spent and sufficient eligible traffic is available; fees and taxes are separate. These are illustrative low/high cost cases, not guaranteed limits. Actual costs can be higher or lower.
One person may see multiple ads. Unique reach counts people; frequency = impressions ÷ unique reach. We cannot deduplicate people or forecast frequency from spend, CPC and CTR alone.
Clicks measure ad interactions. Website sessions, unique visitors and engaged article reads need analytics after launch; repeat clicks and incomplete page loads can make these totals differ.
CA$300 is a small article-traffic test; CA$600 gives more room to compare content. These are planning recommendations, not Microsoft minimums.
THE EVIDENCE BEHIND THE INPUTS
A practitioner’s 2023 software campaign reported this CTR for dedicated Microsoft Audience ads, with an implied $0.26 CPC. Currency and geography were not established. Useful format context, not a Canadian healthcare average.
Campaign analysis ↗Nativo reports these results for a pharmaceutical campaign using its healthcare-engager audience. It also reports 0.98% CTR and $1.01 CPC for a custom audience. This is a different network; currency and geography are not specified on the page.
Nativo campaign study ↗No reliable public dataset found isolates Canadian cardiovascular articles advertised on MSN. We therefore retain a deliberately broad CA$0.50–CA$1.50 CPC test band and use 0.20%–0.50% CTR sensitivity, with CA$1.00 / 0.35% as the working case. These are independent planning choices informed by the format evidence, not an average of the studies or currency conversions. A CA$3.00 CPC stress case tests cost overruns.
Shortlist five existing articles, then start with the strongest two within the agreed launch scope. Use one agreed clinic catchment, such as Calgary. At CA$300 and CA$1.00 CPC, dividing evenly across five articles leaves only 60 clicks per article. Review actual publisher placements and engaged visits before expanding.
This is the MSN article-feed proposal, not Bing keyword Search. A Bing Search campaign would need a separate keyword forecast. MSN-only availability and placement controls must be checked in the account.
Microsoft Audience Planner can estimate monthly audience size, impressions, clicks, average CPC and spend using targeting, budgets and bids. Check the chosen Canadian catchment and eligible MSN placements before launch. Audience size is not a promise that every person will see the ad. No account forecast has been obtained for this proposal.
Official forecast guidance ↗Clicks = media spend ÷ average CPC.
Impressions = clicks ÷ (CTR ÷ 100).
CTR (%) = clicks ÷ impressions × 100.
Average CPC = media spend ÷ clicks.
Calculations use unrounded values; display totals are rounded to whole clicks and impressions. CPC and CTR are varied independently to make their effects clear. Real auctions may change both at once. Increasing a budget does not guarantee proportional delivery.
Actual media spend, impressions, CTR, clicks and average CPC for the same reporting period and currency, compared with this plan. Break down publisher placements and articles to assess traffic relevance. Add measured sessions and engagement where analytics permits.
Unique reach and frequency will only be included where reliable platform reporting supports them. Any conversions will be reported as measured outcomes after launch, not promised upfront.
Research reviewed 16 October 2026. Model prices are CAD; source figures retain their stated currency. Estimates cover one month and exclude agency fees and taxes from CPC. Account-level forecasts and actual campaign results are not yet available.
03 / GOOGLE ADS · A SECOND ROUTE TO HEART FIT
Microsoft introduces your articles in the feed. Google Search connects your expertise with people actively looking for relevant information and services.
Explore heart health articles and learn about Heart Fit Clinic’s services. Find information to help you take the next step.
Illustrative search, ad and assets. Final keywords, wording, destinations and eligibility are confirmed during setup. Placement and position are not guaranteed.
Research relevant searches, group them by intent and exclude terms that would waste the pilot budget.
Send informational searches to a useful article and service searches to a relevant existing clinic page.
A separate Google account, separate budget and direct Google billing. Heart Fit keeps access and ownership.
THE GOOGLE LAUNCH PACKAGE
A focused Search campaign built around your agreed service area and existing website. Setup includes the account, campaign structure, ads, measurement, testing and launch, plus management through the first month and a review with recommendations.
Create or configure Heart Fit’s Google Ads account, confirm CAD currency and time zone, and provide clinic administrator access. Heart Fit enters its payment method directly with Google. The CA$400 one-time fee includes Google setup and management through the first month after launch. Advertising spend is separate.
Support advertiser verification and routine initial review requests. Review the selected content and claims for advertising suitability. Heart Fit supplies requested documents and completes identity checks; Google determines eligibility and approval.
Research relevant keywords and available cost estimates for the agreed service area. Build up to three focused ad groups, set appropriate match types and initial negative keywords, and confirm the starting budget before launch.
Select existing pages that match search intent. Check mobile readability, contact routes and calls to action, and include minor campaign-related headline or link improvements. New pages and new article writing are outside this setup.
Review existing analytics and tags, configure appropriate Google Ads conversion measurement where permitted, and test the agreed enquiry events. Check consent settings, avoid duplicate events and do not send sensitive patient information to advertising tools.
Write three initial responsive search ads across the agreed ad groups, with relevant headline and description combinations. Configure suitable sitelinks and callouts using approved existing clinic content and destinations.
Set geographic targeting, language, schedule, network choices, bidding and an average daily budget. Start with Search rather than spreading the pilot across Display, YouTube or Performance Max. Avoid health-based audience lists and remarketing in this scope.
Check ads, links, budgets and measurement on desktop and mobile. Submit for review, address routine initial feedback and launch after client approval. Manage the campaign through its first month: monitor spending and search terms, refine negative keywords, bids and the initial ads, check measurement and provide a first-month review with recommendations.
Google scope: one Search campaign, up to three ad groups and three initial responsive search ads. The CA$400 fee includes setup and first-month management. Continued management from month two is CA$350/month for Microsoft and Google together. Additional campaigns, new landing pages, major website changes, complex CRM work and clinical review are quoted separately.
Use CA$600/month as a focused starting allowance, with CA$300 available as a very limited test. Explore the Google planning model below to compare impressions, CTR, clicks, average CPC and media cost. These are not Google minimums or a verified Heart Fit forecast; local keyword demand and account estimates will guide the final budget.
Google uses an average daily budget. For most campaigns, the monthly spending limit is 30.4 × that amount, with daily spend able to vary. We translate your approved monthly allowance into the account’s budget settings. Google’s budget guidance

THE EVIDENCE BEHIND THE INPUTS
LocaliQ’s Hospitals & Clinics category. The full study covers 3,542 US search campaigns, October 2024–September 2025; reported averages are medians. All healthcare: 6.07% CTR and US$5.64 CPC. This is neither Canada-specific nor a Google-only cardiovascular sample.
LocaliQ healthcare study ↗Town Media Labs’ September 2026 guide lists this broad healthcare / medical range. No campaign sample or methodology is disclosed. It provides a Canadian cost reference, but cannot establish Heart Fit’s keyword costs.
Canadian agency guide ↗We use CA$4 / CA$6 / CA$10 average CPC and 4% / 6% / 7% CTR as planning inputs. The 6% working CTR is close to the broad healthcare reference; the upper 7% matches the clinic reference. The lower 4% tests weaker response. CAD click costs are selected assumptions, not USD-to-CAD conversions. A CA$15 CPC stress case covers a more expensive auction.
Local keyword check · 16 October 2026. Mangools KWFinder was queried for six heart-health terms in Calgary and Canada: heart assessment, heart clinic, cardiac rehabilitation, EECP therapy, heart disease reversal and heart health. No CPC values were returned for any term in either location; much of the volume history was missing or old. Missing values are not zero costs or zero demand, and these results were not used to fabricate a local forecast.
Begin with one agreed catchment, such as Calgary, and service-led searches around heart assessment, EECP and cardiac rehabilitation. Match each query to a relevant page. Review search terms and exclude unrelated, employment and emergency-care searches. Local demand may prevent the budget being fully spent; do not multiply this model across cities without fresh forecasts.
This model is for service-led Google Search, excluding Display, Performance Max and news-feed inventory. Branded terms, informational articles and different campaign types can produce very different CPC and CTR.
Google Keyword Planner provides clicks, impressions, CTR, average CPC and cost forecasts for selected keywords and locations. Use CAD, the chosen city, relevant language and Google Search settings. Forecasts consider bid, budget, seasonality and historical ad quality. Historical search volume or top-of-page bids are not a campaign forecast. No account forecast has been obtained for this proposal.

A STRONG START. CONTINUED ATTENTION.
Each CA$400 setup fee includes building the campaign, getting it live and managing it through its first month after launch. You receive a performance review and clear recommendations for the next step.
CA$350 / month from month two
One combined fee covers Microsoft and Google Ads together.
Keep the budget working. Monitor spending, delivery, search terms and placements, and reduce irrelevant traffic.
Improve what people see. Refine bids, targeting, negative keywords and the existing ads using campaign evidence.
Check the journey. Review tracking, article engagement and measurable enquiries to understand what is working.
Make the next move clear. Provide a monthly performance summary and practical recommendations across both platforms.
HOW THE FIRST MONTH BUILDS VALUE
We do more than switch the ads on. First-month management helps identify irrelevant traffic, check the enquiry journey and turn early data into useful adjustments.
Set up the accounts, ads, targeting and measurement. Launch after your approval and platform review.
Monitor performance, refine the initial campaigns and review results with you at the end of the first month.
Continue hands-on management for both platforms at CA$350/month, plus your separate advertising budgets.
Ongoing management starts from month two if you choose to continue with Blink. If you choose to self-manage, we hand over access and recommendations; the management fee does not apply. Heart Fit retains ownership of both accounts.
Ongoing management covers the campaigns described in this proposal and routine refinements using existing content and assets. New campaigns, new articles, major website work and complex integrations are quoted separately. Our suggested 8–12 week pilot is a planning recommendation, not a minimum term or a guarantee of results.
04 / A SIMPLE INVESTMENT PLAN
Two separate setups. First-month management included. Then one CA$350 monthly management fee for both campaigns if you continue with us. Your advertising budgets are always separate.
Explore CA$300 for a small MSN test and CA$600 for focused Google Search, or adjust either budget. View the MSN model or the Google model. These totals include both platforms; each model above also shows its standalone first-month cost.
MONTH ONE / SETUP & LAUNCH
Both setups + first-month ad spend
Management through the first month is included in your setup fees. No extra management charge in month one.
MONTH TWO ONWARD / CONTINUED MANAGEMENT
Per month, with both campaigns managed
CA$350 is the total monthly management fee for both platforms together. Setup fees are not repeated.
Each platform can also be set up separately: CA$400 one time, including its first month of management. The ongoing management package shown above covers Microsoft and Google together.
All amounts are in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes. Setup and management fees are paid to Blink; ad spend is paid directly to the platforms. The example assumes both campaigns launch together. Google’s CA$600 allowance is provisional pending keyword research. Actual ad spend can vary.
If you self-manage from month two, only your selected ad spend remains: CA$900/month for both platforms. Ongoing management is a choice, not an automatic commitment.
05 / WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
We measure what the campaigns actually deliver, then use that evidence to improve the next step. Reporting brings the important numbers together in plain language.
Review spend, clicks, search terms and placements to understand where the budget is going and reduce irrelevant traffic.
Look at measurable article and website engagement, and check that the next step is clear on desktop and mobile.
Track agreed enquiry actions where permitted and review lead quality with your team. Enquiries are not automatically appointments or patients.
Results depend on the audience, competition, content and budget. No fixed click price, enquiry volume or return is promised. The Microsoft research above is broad platform evidence, not a forecast for Heart Fit.
06 / FROM APPROVAL TO LAUNCH
We build each selected platform properly, launch after approval and manage its first month. Then we review the results together and agree the next step.
Confirm the budget, collect business details and assets, configure the selected accounts and give your team access.
Support verification, connect measurement, prepare the ads and check the complete reader journey.
After client and platform approval, launch the selected campaigns and manage the first month, checking delivery, spend, destinations and measurement.
Review first-month results and recommendations. Continue management of both campaigns at CA$350/month from month two, or take over with a clear handover.
Business registration details and a suitable email · verification participation · payment method entered directly with each selected platform · website/analytics access · existing articles and images · content and launch approval.

This proposal does not activate a campaign or authorise advertising charges.
Updated 16 October 2026. This proposal covers Microsoft native advertising and Google Search Ads, each with a separate setup. It does not include MSN publisher admission. This proposal does not itself create or activate advertising campaigns.
Blink’s one-time fee is CA$400 per platform, or CA$800 for both, including setup and management through each campaign’s first month after launch. Continued management from month two is CA$350 per month for Microsoft and Google combined, if selected. This covers monitoring, routine optimisation, a monthly summary and recommendations for the scoped campaigns. Advertising budgets are separate and paid directly to Microsoft and/or Google. If Heart Fit chooses to self-manage after month one, the management fee does not apply. Taxes are excluded. No performance guarantee, editorial placement, new article production, major development or medical review service is included.
